Question 1

What is Redline?

Accepted Answer

Redline is an AI-powered, chat-first field service app built for contractors. Instead of clicking through menus, you run your business by chatting: capture leads, track jobs, schedule crews, send follow-ups, build quotes, and invoice customers all by sending a message.

Question 2

What kinds of contractors is Redline for?

Accepted Answer

Redline works for any trade or home-service business: roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, remodeling, general contracting, landscaping, painting, and more.

Question 3

How is Redline different from other contractor software?

Accepted Answer

Redline is chat-first. There is almost nothing to learn. You tell the AI assistant what you need in plain language and it updates contacts, jobs, schedules, follow-ups, and invoices for you. Most contractors are up and running in under five minutes.

Question 4

Can Redline invoice and email my customers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Redline creates invoices with branded payment links so customers can pay you by card online, and flags unpaid invoices so you know who to call. Connect Gmail to send email from your own address, and call any contact with one tap. Redline does not send text messages.

Question 5

How much does Redline cost?

Accepted Answer

Redline is free to start with a lifetime allowance of AI usage. Paid plans are Solo at $29/month for one-person operations, Team at $129/month with 3 seats and the crew board, and Team+ at $299/month with 10 seats. Annual billing is 20% off.
